Exploring
On sunday, Lucy, Jay and myself all went to go discover a new spot. So after a quick bit of trampoline boarding we headed out. The place is brilliant, its close to where we live and fun to ride. Its had some development from bikers but a lot of it needs revamping and theres plenty of potential for new lines. There's a beautiful main track that flies downhill at an unexpectedly fast rate, its a sweet little warm up run with a ridge in the middle that works as a step down jump halfway down.

One of the best parts of the spot is a large bomb crater with steep sides. A tabletop has been built, plenty of jumps and potential for more. Theres also a large drop into a near vertical slope that will be gnarly to ride once i decide to go for it.

Along with some potential for some awesome jumps and features, it also contains some amazing trails that are really fun to ride. Over the next few months i want to keep updating this blog with all the features and adjustments that we are hoping to build. Keep checking back for more to see this spot develop and contact me if you're a local Derbyshire rider and want a location for this spot.
